The third edition of “Cortocircuiti” Short Film Festival is organized by the cultural associations La Scatola blu and Armata Brancaleone A.P.S. and by the LBM Group. The Festival will take place from the 25th to the 27th of July 2022 at the filmarena ExpostModerno, (via Napoli 264, Bari, Italy) and its main aims are the following:
- to promote local cinematographic culture;
- to encourage young Apulian filmmakers and students to produce short films;
- to stimulate the development of new networks involving young people, students and local cultural associations as a response to the adverse social effects of the pandemic;
- to facilitate young people and students in learning new organizational and soft skills.
The works presented during this festival will be selected by the contest “Cortocircuiti”. It is possible to apply for the short films contest from the 25th of March until the 15th of June 2023, choosing among the following categories:
1) APULIAN STUDENTS,
2) FILMMAKERS – ANIMATED SHORTS (PROFESSIONALS and FILM STUDENTS),
3) FILMMAKERS – LIVE ACTION SHORTS (PROFESSIONALS and FILM STUDENTS).
